# Bridge a supervisor into a live call (listen, whisper, barge, or conference)

> Internal jambonz verb-hook for a supervisor's leg during call monitoring. It drops the supervisor into the call's conference room with the audio routing selected by the `mode` query param: `listen` keeps the supervisor muted so they only hear, `whisper` is audible to the agent only, `barge` is audible to everyone as a transient escalation, and `conference` is a persistent three-way join audible to everyone. Signed with the jambonz webhook HMAC; an invalid query returns a single `hangup` verb.
