# Submit the 10DLC brand and campaign to TCR

> Atomically submits the org's saved wizard draft to The Campaign Registry — registering the brand first, then the campaign with the newly minted `brand_id` (the campaign depends on the brand). On partial failure the `brand_id` is preserved so a retry re-uses the already-paid brand fee. Returns the current wizard progress including the resulting brand/campaign ids and next action. Owner/admin only.
