# Follow a tracked short link

> Public, unauthenticated redirect for an Orbit short link (the `https://<domain>/l/<code>` URLs minted for SMS, RCS, and other outbound messages). Orbit resolves the code to its owning tenant, records the click together with any originating campaign or message for attribution, and redirects the browser to the destination URL. A code that cannot be resolved returns a branded error page to browsers and a JSON error envelope to API clients.
