# Per-country capability + stock summary

> Per-`(line_type × capability)` inventory summary for a single country so a buyer can see the stock reality (e.g. GB has plenty of local-voice numbers but 0 SMS-capable mobiles) BEFORE running `/numbers/available`. Counts are bucketed and clamped at 100 (`100` means 'plenty', not exactly one hundred), aggregated across carriers (provider names are never surfaced), and cached server-side for 5 minutes. Pre-purchase discovery read; scoped on `numbers:read`.
