# List the parent org's persisted rate cards

> Return the parent organization's named price-book library (`settings.rateCards`) — the persisted rate cards a reseller drafts, re-uses, and assigns to its subaccounts. Cards without cells are noise and never persist: each card needs an id + name plus at least one cell family (`lane_cells` and/or `deck_cells`). Requires owner or admin on the parent organization.
