# Start an agent-assisted secure payment (masked-DTMF PCI capture)

> Begins an agent-assisted secure payment on an active call (masked-DTMF card capture, PCI Pal / Sycurio class). Pauses SIPREC recording for the capture window and masks the caller's keypad DTMF from the agent, descoping the agent from the cardholder-data environment. The full PAN is NEVER captured by the platform — only a masked summary is stored on completion. Requires a Jambonz-bridged call leg. Rejects with 409 if a capture session is already active on the call.
