}List Slack channels and the current notification channel
Lists the Slack workspace’s public and private channels the bot can post to (archived channels excluded), plus the workspace name and the currently-pinned notification channel. Use this to power a channel picker in the dashboard before calling PATCH /slack/notifications-channel. Returns connected: false with an empty channel list when no Slack workspace is installed, so the client can render a connect-first empty state rather than an error.
