Returns a warm-up meter for every alphanumeric sender ID / international long code the tenant sends from: the recommended daily send ceiling on a graduated ramp (days since first send), a DLR-driven reputation score + tier (delivery / failure / complaint rates over a 30-day window, same kernel as the per-number health score), and the closed-loop ramp state (healthy → full curve; poor → hold at 50%; critical → throttle to 25%). US/CA 10DLC numbers are covered by the number-warming engine and are excluded here. Read-only.
