Export a recording transcript as a caption file (pseudonymized optional)
Downloads a completed recording’s transcript as a WebVTT (.vtt, default) or SubRip (.srt) caption file, with optional pseudonymization. When pseudonymize=true the transcript is scrubbed (phone / email / long-ID tokens replaced with [PHONE] / [EMAIL] / [ID]) before rendering, so a regulated tenant can pull a PII-safe transcript for eDiscovery or compliance-audit reuse while timestamps and speaker labels stay accurate. The response sets the X-Pseudonymized-Count header (e.g. email=2;phone=1). Requires voice:read or voice:write scope.

Headers
Sandbox opt-in for Clerk-session-authenticated requests. Set to true to route the call through the test-mode pipeline: no real provider delivery, no credits deducted, response meta.test_mode: true. Ignored for live API keys (dv_live_sk_*) — server-to-server clients must use a test-prefixed key (dv_test_sk_*) to exercise sandbox. Test-prefixed keys unconditionally enable sandbox regardless of this header.
true, false Path Parameters
Recording id to export the transcript for.
Query Parameters
Caption format to export: vtt (WebVTT, default) or srt (SubRip).
When true, the transcript is pseudonymized before rendering (email / phone / long-ID patterns replaced with [EMAIL] / [PHONE] / [ID]). Defaults to raw text. Non-true values are rejected with 400.
Response
