}Get the monthly SLA attestation
Returns the tenant-downloadable SLA attestation for one calendar month: platform uptime (overall availability percentage plus total attributed downtime minutes, minor-impact inclusive), per-channel outbound delivery rates over the full terminal message set, and support inbox SLA attainment over conversations opened in the window. Defaults to the most recent COMPLETE calendar month when month is omitted; a partial current month is clamped to now so it never claims uptime for time that has not elapsed. Every figure is derived live from source-of-truth tables, so a downloaded attestation is always reproducible. Per-incident detail rows stay on the admin-gated reliability report; this member-accessible surface carries the platform-wide summary. Any authenticated org member can read it — it is the org’s own data.

Dashboard JWT token from Clerk
Headers
Sandbox opt-in for Clerk-session-authenticated requests — see Test mode explained for the full credential-header matrix and worked samples. Set to true to route the call through the test-mode pipeline: no real provider delivery, no credits deducted, response meta.test_mode: true. Ignored for live API keys (dv_live_sk_*) — server-to-server clients must use a test-prefixed key (dv_test_sk_*) to exercise sandbox. Test-prefixed keys unconditionally enable sandbox regardless of this header.
true, false Query Parameters
Calendar month to attest in YYYY-MM format. Omit to attest the most recent complete month.
