Scan for duplicate contacts
Scan the tenant’s contacts for likely duplicates grouped by a normalized email or phone number, and return the matching groups. Emails are lowercased and phone numbers reduced to their E.164 digits before grouping, so formatting differences do not hide real duplicates. Use the returned groups to drive a review-and-merge flow via POST /api/v1/contacts/merge. Takes no request body.
