Replace the org quiet-hours policy
Replaces the organization’s quiet-hours policy document (whole-document replace; pass quiet_hours: null to clear and return to the disabled platform defaults). Per-channel entries are partial — override just enabled to adopt the default hours, or set start_hour / end_hour (0–23) and optionally allowed_days (0=Sun..6=Sat). unknown_timezone_policy (skip | enforce_utc | deny) governs recipients whose timezone cannot be resolved; consent_overrides_quiet_hours (default true) honours the prior-express-consent carve-out. Takes effect on the next send (the 60-second org-settings cache is invalidated). Owner only.

Headers
Sandbox opt-in for Clerk-session-authenticated requests. Set to true to route the call through the test-mode pipeline: no real provider delivery, no credits deducted, response meta.test_mode: true. Ignored for live API keys (dv_live_sk_*) — server-to-server clients must use a test-prefixed key (dv_test_sk_*) to exercise sandbox. Test-prefixed keys unconditionally enable sandbox regardless of this header.
true, false Response
quiet_hours — the stored org envelope (null when unset or type-drifted); resolved — the effective per-channel window after platform- default → org default → per-channel override coalescing, i.e. exactly what the send-path gate enforces today.
