Erase a contact's AI-agent memory
GDPR erasure hook that wipes every long-term memory item stored for this contact across all AI agents from the vector store, then disables memory capture so future agent turns skip retrieve and store for the contact. Idempotent — calling it again is safe and still succeeds. Returns 204 No Content on success; a 500 with code MEMORY_ERASURE_FAILED means the opt-out flag was set but vector deletion should be retried.
