AGT-017: Flips agent_active=TRUE AND clears escalated_at + metadata.escalation so the AI agent processes the next inbound message, regardless of whether the conversation was paused via /handoff (agent_active) or /escalate (escalated_at) — the two suppression gates are independent and routeToDeployedAgent (SMS/WhatsApp/RCS) only honours escalated_at. Called from the inbox ‘Resume AI’ / ‘Return to bot’ button. Idempotent — conversations with agent_active=true and no active escalation return 200 with already_active=true and do not re-write the row.

Stripe-style idempotency token. Pass a stable, client-generated value (1-255 chars) to dedupe retries on transient timeouts. The same key+credential+path replays the original response for 24h on 2xx (5min on 4xx, 30s on 5xx). Returns 409 if a concurrent request with the same key is already in flight; replayed responses include the Idempotency-Replay: true response header.
