Free Tool: TCPA Compliance Checklist

The TCPA compliance checklist is a free, browser-side self-assessment on the developer tools hub. Pick the country your numbers send to, mark each of the four tenant-owned gates you already have covered, and the panel scores your posture in plain language and links each open item to the docs page that configures it — no account required.

The four gates it walks

The checklist covers the four controls that make up a TCPA posture on Orbit:
  1. Quiet-hours window — sends stay inside a recipient-local time window, with the federal 8 AM–9 PM window on US voice as the platform backstop (configure it).
  2. Opt-out suppression — STOP keywords and consent revocations suppress every later send to the recipient across campaigns, flows, and one-to-one sends (the send gate).
  3. DNC scrub — each destination is checked against the Do-Not-Call registers you opt into before it dials or texts (the scrub gate).
  4. STIR/SHAKEN attestation floor — you declare an outbound target and an inbound floor so attestation posture is measurable against policy (the attestation posture page).
Each item links to the same docs page from the tool itself, so a visitor can open the controls without signing up. For each destination country on the selector — United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and India — the tool adds a gate-by-gate hint over the registered country rules, and for US destinations it also shows the current federal window verdict from the shipped quiet-hours engine.
The hints the tool shows are a summary layer over the registered country rules reference — the authenticated reference is the authoritative source, and the tool links it from its footer.

Tenant-owned posture

Every gate on the checklist is tenant-owned: Orbit surfaces these controls as opt-in settings and gates; nothing on the page enforces or verifies the coverage you mark, and the self-assessment is exactly that — a self-assessment. The one exception is the federal 8 AM–9 PM telemarketing voice window on US recipients, which the platform enforces on the campaign/dialer path with no tenant toggle.
