Read outcome value vs cost (P&L)

Rate the agent’s confirmed resolutions (passed=true) through the same shared outcome-pricing primitive the metering producer bills on, and return the projected revenue with the organization’s outcome-billing opt-in flag and configured per-rubric rates. Read-only and money-free — it RATES already-recorded outcomes; nothing is billed by calling it. The enabled flag tells the dashboard whether revenue is billed or merely projected. Optional query days (1–90, default 30). Read-only; agents:read.
