Drills into a single sync run: its failed rows grouped BY ERROR CLASS (auth / rate_limit / validation / network / …), each bucket carrying affected-row and event counts, retryability, and a bounded sample of transport error messages (never profile rows / PII). Returns 404 when the run id is unknown. Read-only; owner / admin / developer only.
