Returns the recent sync runs for data-activation destinations (Salesforce, HubSpot, …) with a per-run record-delta breakdown (attempted / delivered / rejected / failed) and distinct error classes, plus a per-destination summary rolling up freshness (time since last success, an SLA overdue flag) and failure counts. Optional filters: destination, status (ok / partial / failed / skipped), limit (1–200, default 50). Read-only; owner / admin / developer only.
