Validate a file-source connect-form config
Structural pre-check for the connect form: validates an operator-submitted { config: { key: value } } map against the file source's field spec (required fields, select shapes, unknown keys) and echoes back a credential-redacted normalization. Pure and side-effect-free — a 200 is returned for both valid and invalid configs; field-level errors render in the form.
