Generate a new 256-bit ingest secret for authenticating events to the CDP /track ingest endpoints. Use it when provisioning a new event source or rotating credentials. The plaintext value is returned exactly once in this response and can never be retrieved again — store it immediately. Owner / admin / developer only.
