Upsert a tracking-plan event
Creates (or updates, on re-submission of the same event_name) one tracking-plan event: an operator-declared schema for a named CDP event, validated by upsertCdpTrackingPlanEventBodySchema. Carries a properties_schema JSON-Schema blob, the canonical denormalised required_properties list (explicit required_properties merged with properties_schema.required), and an enforcement mode (warn vs strict — strict rejects violating events at ingestion). Owner / admin / developer only.
