Returns the retained facts / preferences / goals / summaries the AI agent plane holds for the contact identified by your user_id (external_id) — what the agent already knows about this person, queryable with an optional semantic ?q= and ?limit= (capped). Content is PII-masked unless owner/admin/developer passes ?reveal=true; a GDPR-opted-out contact returns an empty items array. Requires the contacts:read scope.
