List the native geo-enrichment signals Orbit reads
Read-only discovery of the native IP→geo enrichment: the supported edge providers and the headers they inject, the Segment context.location* fallbacks the enrichment reads at ingest, the country→timezone coverage count, and an honest flag for whether a raw-IP database backend is wired. Test a sample first via POST /geo-enrichment/preview.
